I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.
I am the Broker/Owner of Cathy Watson Real Estate, LLC, a commercial and residential real estate firm located in Ridgeland, MS, and have served the Jackson Metro area since 2000. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors; the Mississippi Association of Realtors; the Jackson Association of Realtors; the Women’s Council of Realtors, which I proudly served as the Past President; and a Graduate of Leadership-Mississippi Association of Realtors. I am a member of several civic and service organizations, served on the School Advisory Council of St. Joseph Catholic School, and enjoy being an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church. I reside in Ridgeland with my husband Marcus. She loves her job as “Mom-in-Chief” to Kendall, Cameron, and Christopher.
I have demonstrated a history of success in my sales career and as an educator. I received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, an MBA from Troy State University, and a Doctor of Education from Walden University.
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Jackson area real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
